At Spring Sale, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics; if you are not, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery. All products must be in their original packaging and include all accessories to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Electronics
Securely place the item in its original box with all manuals and cables, then place that box inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the device to ensure it meets our return criteria, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
